Port Harcourt based singer, Soty Horsfall who gave us the the infectious ballad 'Malaria' song is back.
 Soty left the music scene a while back to give birth to a daughter.
 The single mum is staging a comeback concert - Soty & Friends, which will hold in a few days, November 23rd at M Lounge in Port Harcourt.

Funny man, Charles Inojie got married to  his fiancee, Obehi Obhiseh on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Powerline residence in Benin-Agbor road in Edo State.

Inojie is a graduate of Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt, and has featured in various movies including My Kingdom Come, Isakabba, Sinners In The House and a few more.

Nollywood actor, Enebeli Elebuwa off to India for treatment

Veteran actor, Enebeli Elebuwa who was stricken by stroke late last year, is currently in India receiving treatment.

The Nollywood icon was flown to India a few weeks back by the Delta State Government through its Commissioner of Culture, Richard Mofe Damijo.

 Elebuwa said recently via a telephone interview with a reporter that he's getting better and is now able to stand unaided for a few minutes for the first time since the illness started late last year.

Gospel singer, Lara George has been delivered of a baby girl in the United States of America (USA).
 Lara and her husband, Gbenga welcomed the child on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at an American hospital.
 Lara George was formerly with KUSH music group which had TY Bello as member.

Nollywood bad boy, Jim Iyke says he will be airing  his own reality TV show that will give his fans  access into his life.

The reality show, titled "Jim Iyke Unscripted", is a joint production of African Magic and Oh Africa TV And the deal for the reality show was reportedly brokered by Jim’s Uk-based management company Greyology Inc.

 The reality show is expected to hit the screen in a few weeks.

Natina Reed, a member of the 90s R&B group Blaque, was killed in Georgia last night after being struck by car. She was 32.
 the driver of the vehicle that hit Reed called 911 at 10:30 PM last night. She was pronounced dead at Gwinnett Medical Center 29 minutes later.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, but say the driver "was determined to be not at fault and there are no charges pending."
In addition to her singing career, Reed appeared in the 2000 film, "Bring It On." She was a protegé of the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.
 Reed is survived by her 10-year-old son, Tren Brown, whose father is rapper Kurupt.

Renowned gospel singer, Patty Obasi, died on Friday after battling with a critical ailment for over one year.
His two kidneys were said to have failed and was recommended for a transplant operation in India but could not embark on the operation owing to lack of fund.
Obasi, whose popular album Nwa Mammy Water, shot him to limelight, died at his Enugu residence in the early hours of Friday after he reportedly slipped into unconsciousness.

Fuji singer, Adewale Ayuba was allegedly beaten black and blue by the  Mopol for attending a party a which he was billed to perform late.

According to Nigeriafilms.com,  the top Ibadan socialite who engaged Adewale to perform got his Mobile Police to teach him a lesson about punctuality.

As the Bonsue Fuji Crooner stepped into the venue, he was apprehended by the Mopol  beaten to stupor
